Adrien Lucca is a Brussels-based artist whose work explores light, colour and perception in relation to living systems. Through installations, public artworks, drawings and luminous environments, he creates sensory situations where colour becomes unstable and vision opens onto ecological questions. Rooted in scientific inquiry and material experimentation, his practice reveals how artificial light shapes our experience of reality and affects the worlds we share with other species. Parallel Worlds III: The Dawn of Twilight (2025), a living installation shown at the Lisbon Architecture Triennale, combines plants, soil, water and LED light to shift perception, simulating non-human vision and revealing the effects of light pollution.
