Cat Scott MRSS is an international contemporary artist from Bradford, UK, whose practice is rooted in research and experimentation. She creates sensory, fluid sculptures, installations and public interventions, ranging from small to architectural scale, using wave-based phenomena such as light, sound, liquids and gases, often through cross-sector collaboration. Scott’s work investigates fluid systems in natural and built environments, alongside personal experiences of womanhood, neurodiversity and identity, and is presented widely across galleries, biennials, sculpture parks and light festivals. Her installation explores immersive, bubble-like environments developed through international residencies and exhibitions in South Korea and the UK, and has toured nationally with support from public funding and collaborative partners.
