Daisy Dickinson

WETRIP (2025)

Daisy Dickinson is an artist-director working across experimental short films, installations and live performances. She creates immersive environments with rhythm-responsive visuals that unfold and transform in reaction to their surroundings. Dickinson’s works, exhibited at venues such as CERN, ICA and The Barbican, have been described as "magmatic and sulphurous, cosmological and transcendental, drawing attention to the wonder of the earth and our sensuality on it." WETRIP is a video and sound installation made in collaboration with musician Simon Fisher Turner. It uses projection-mapping to create a dreamlike, shifting environment where light, shape and sound distort time and space. Shadows melt, stars flicker and the familiar becomes strange – "as if the world is quietly folding in on itself."
