Deepesh Sangtani is a South Asian interdisciplinary designer from India whose practice bridges visual arts and graphic design to engage with memory, space, and the politics of everyday aesthetics. His work reimagines overlooked objects and visual narratives through modular printmaking and tactile forms. In Firki – Objects of Transient Belongings, Sangtani celebrates the vibrant, hand-painted signage of India - treating it as a living archive of culture and community. The installation invites viewers into a layered landscape of nostalgia and belonging, where transient visuals are reframed as markers of collective memory.
