Diego Fabro’s photographic practice explores ideas of home and time, shaped by his life between Brazil and Ireland. Created across both countries, the work moves between real environments and constructed studio settings, evoking tension between vitality and decay. Fabro uses light and colour to transform everyday scenes into theatrical moments drawn from daily life. Set largely around his home, the images reveal how memory, experience and place shape perception and belonging. Through visual contrasts, the series weaves a fragile thread between realities, blurring boundaries between the conscious world and a dreamlike, psychological landscape.
