Bold shapes, vivid colours and surrealism characterise the work of Eliška Sky, a Czech London-based artist using photography and film to explore the diversity of the human form. With a fresh take on beauty, fashion and portraiture, Sky’s work brings a unique aesthetic that focuses on inclusivity, acceptance and sustainability. Recent achievements include the art direction and stage design for National Theatre Prague; a talk and panel discussion at Dubai Expo 2020; cover stories for Style by South China Morning Post; and a solo exhibition at FOG gallery in Bratislava. Most notably, her empowering series Womaneroes took centre stage at Phest festival in Italy, and was published in British Journal of Photography’s Ones to Watch issue.
