Eva Berler

Suspended worlds (2022-2023)

Eva Berler’s photographic practice uncovers the poetic within the everyday, inviting viewers to pause and reconnect with emotion, memory, and the natural world. Her images offer a moment of aesthetic stillness amid the visual intensity of modern life. In 2024, she won the Wildlife & Nature category in the Professional competition of the Sony World Photography Awards. Her work is included in the Museum of Avant-garde’s permanent contemporary collection in Switzerland. Berler has published two photobooks (2022, 2026) and held two solo exhibitions in 2023 and 2024. Her series Suspended Worlds explores spider webs as fragile, overlooked landscapes reflecting isolation, vulnerability, and hidden inner lives.
