Finn O'Hara is a Canadian photographer whose fine art practice explores the beauty and complexity of our relationship with nature. Working across landscape, light, and environmental precarity, his named series including Southern Lights, Standing Rock, and American Columbo use colour, scale, and directed illumination to reframe familiar terrain. His work is held in the McMichael Canadian Art Collection. In a series inspired by Toronto’s migratory bird routes, he documents birds of prey within fragmented urban habitats, drawing on a camera-trap aesthetic to reflect on habitat loss and the presence of nature within the city fabric.
