Gabriel Isak creates surreal, melancholic images exploring the unconscious and inner human experience. Influenced by psychology dreams, and personal experience with depression, his minimal compositions feature anonymous figures in introspective landscapes, inviting viewers to reflect on identity, emotion and existence. Isak’s work has been published and exhibited internationally. Blue Moon is part of his series In the Blue, inspired by years battling depression. Each image depicts fragments of an unseen, internal world, prompting audiences to question the inner realities that each of us experience, but that often goes without notice.
