Through a process of digital compositing, Jennifer McKinnon Richman’s images highlight landscapes captured in National Parks located throughout the United States. The works seamlessly combined photographs featuring surfaces of dumpster walls. Her surreal landscapes represent the role organic waste plays in the deterioration of the planet through the byproducts it produces while buried in landfills.
