Artist Jeremy Chih-Hao Chuang, a Taiwanese artist based in London, creates work that draw on his own personal experiences of online dating. The series features photographs taken of men Chuang met online, captured in their own living spaces. The images reveal vulnerability, desire, race and contemporary power dynamics in relationships. Each shot exposes the subtle but pervasive power dynamics that shape contemporary relationships. The artist holds a master’s degree at the Royal College of Art, and his wider practice concentrates on the integration of interdisciplinary media, sculpture and installations.
