Fault Lines (2023)

There is a story behind each place. Fault Lines is a story of landscapes ripped apart and thrust together along tectonic plates. These locations are jagged, severe and often remote. Their craters are home to megaflora, giant cacti, alpine moss and unseen depths. Lens-based artist Kristina Chan works between photography and traditional printmaking to explore remote and constructed landscapes, serving as a metaphor for change, renewal and resilience.
